How to Contact the Helpdesk

Need tech help? Make sure to read all of these directions shown!
The technology office (end of the main hallway before you turn for the cafeteria) is open for office hours every morning from 7:30-8:30. If the door is closed, please knock! This should be your first stop to solve easy problems with your chromebook.
Otherwise:
Forgot your chromebook/computer at home on occasion?
Get a loaner from the library and return at the end of the day/period. You will need to leave your student ID/License.
Do you forget your computer frequently?
Put in a helpdesk ticket in to get a school issued chromebook.
Check your email - you will get an email from our tech department when it is ready.
Do you have a hardware issue? Broken screen, computer not holding a charge?
Put a helpdesk ticket in and be specific.
Check your email - you will get an email from our tech department telling you when to drop off the computer to be looked at and when it is done being fixed and you can pick it up.
Is your chromebook operating slow?

Put in a helpdesk in OR go to the tech office any time between 7:30-8:30.
